Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays).

Delivery times

Standard US delivery takes about 7-14 business days after processing. Some items (for example, our LED nail clipper) ship separately and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Some items ship from different warehouses and may arrive in separate packages. We currently ship to addresses in the 50 US states and DC. We can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO or US territories at this time. Our shipping promise

We aim to ship every order within 3 business days and deliver within the times above. If we can't ship your order within the time stated (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we'll email you with a new estimated date and give you the choice to cancel for a full, prompt refund. If you cancel, or we can't ship at all, we'll refund your original payment method promptly, generally within 7 business days.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all orders to the addresses above, with no minimum.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2-5 days to update.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days after it ships, email us at shoppawsomegoods@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at your choice. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address the customer provided. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we'll try to update it before the order ships.
